Ranch Country Residents,

At this time our operations department has confirmed that we will be picking up MSW (Trash) only during the associations normal service day/days. Please note due to the impact of the storm normal pick up times on the service days that the residents are accustomed to in the community may vary. We will not be able to service recycle for the communities at this time until the recycling facility is reopened. If the resident place recycle at the curb it will be co-mingled with the MSW (Trash). The residents can hold the recycling and we will provide recycle pickup once the facility has opened we are estimating a week from now.

Please keep in mind we will not be able to collect any construction debris from residents as listed below.

Construction Debris (excluded)– Waste building materials resulting from construction, remodeling, repair or demolition operations at a Residential home. This includes but not limited to carpet, carpet padding, sheetrock, insulation, furniture, fencing etc.
