Food trucks will be on site, so bring your money for lunch!
There will also be a nerf war (bring your nerf gun and darts), bounce house, Joysticks Mobile Game Truck, duck rings, fishing ring, bowling, and face painting!

The newly renovated community pool will have its grand opening this weekend, May 21st and 22nd from 10am to 8pm!

May 28th is Splash Day! Hotdogs, chips, and drinks will be served from noon to 2pm at the pool! See you there!
Your trash service is included in your monthly water bill. Your MUD – Northwest Freeway MUD has hired Texas Pride as your new service provider. See details below. If you have any questions please call Northwest Freeway MUD or Texas Pride. Montage Community Services / Ranch Country HOA is only helping assist with sending the information out to you.
Republic Waste last day to pick up our trash is Thursday, April 28th. Our new garbage company will be Texas Pride Disposal.

Texas Pride will start picking up on Wednesday, May 4th.
Pick Up Days will be on Wednesday and Saturday for Regular, Heavy, and Bulk trash (only two items at a time for heavy and bulk). All trash should be placed out by 6:30 AM.
A new trash can from Texas Pride will be delivered on Thursday, April 28th (but don’t use Texas Pride garage can until Wednesday, May 4th).
Note: Republic Waste contract ends on Thursday, April 28th so there will be no trash pick up on Monday, May 2nd.

The Ranch Country Home Owner’s Association is excited to announce our fourth annual “Ranch Country Christmas Parade”. We would like to take this time to invite you to participate in what we believe will be an exciting and amazing parade! We hope each and every one of you will take the opportunity to participate in this event and join us as we celebrate the Holiday Season.
The parade is scheduled for Saturday, December 18, 2021 and will start at 9:00 AM. All entries are to receive their line-up position at 17510 Cedar Rock (at the Ranch Country Pool Lawn), Hockley, Texas 77447.
All participants are expected to arrive and check-in at the assembly area no later than 8:30 AM. The parade will begin on Running Iron, traveling West onto Cypresswood Street, through the neighborhood, and traveling North onto Running Iron and will disband at the Ranch Country Pool Lawn.

Thank you for your patience while we have worked through the issues with the community swimming pool. The pool is now back open and on schedule for the rest of the summer.
Every Monday the pool will be closed for cleaning.
Tuesday – Sunday the pool will be open from 10 am to 8 pm.
Starting August 23rd to September 6th the pool will only be open Saturday and Sundays from 10 am to 8 pm. The final day the pool will be open is September 6th.

As you already know the pool company is having staffing issues. The pool will be closed the remainder of this week. The pool will be open this Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 8pm. They are working to correct this issue ASAP.
If you know of anyone looking for a summer job as a lifeguard please apply on the website below. Free training is offered.

We apologize for this major inconvenience, again we are working to get this issue corrected. We have even reached out to other lifeguard companies, no one is taking on new pools as they do not have the staff either.
