Pool tag registration

On Saturday, May 6th, members of the HOA Board will be at the pool from 10am to noon to issue new pool tags and re-register those who already have them from last year. A resident receiving pool tags for the 1st time will be free, however anyone who received a pool tag last year and cannot provide it will need to purchase new tags at a rate of $5 each. Children 5 years and younger do not need pool tags.

If you are delinquent in your HOA assessments, please call the property management office so that accommodations can be made prior to Splash Day (May 27th). Accounts that are delinquent will not be eligible for pool privileges. The property managers may be able to assist with options that are available to you.

Beginning with the April inspection, each month Ranch Country HOA will be issuing two homeowners in Ranch Country a $25 gift card and the Yard of the Month sign to display in their yard for their efforts in continuing to keep the pride of Ranch Country!
