Pool tags / stickers

Ranch Country Residents,

If you still need a pool tag or renewal sticker for this year, you may bring your completed pool tag application to the pool party on May 26th (noon to 4pm) and leave it in the collection box. Your application will be processed and your new tag or sticker will be available for pickup at the June HOA meeting.

Splash Day May 26th – Food, Drink, and a DJ!

The first day of pool season is coming up soon! Splash Day will be on Saturday, May 26th at 12:00 Noon until 4:00pm. There will be free food, drinks, and a DJ! 

ALL residents are welcome at Splash Day, no pool tag required! However in order to have pool privileges after Splash Day, a pool tag must be obtained and the homeowner’s assessment account must be up to date.  If anyone has any questions about their assessment account, please call or email Sussan Martinez at 832-600-4142 / [email protected]

You may get a pool tag application by downloading it here: Pool Tag Application, and turn it in via email to the HOA board at [email protected]. First time pool tags are free, renewal pool tags will receive a sticker (for free), and replacement pool tags are $5.00 each.

Annual Community Garage Sale!

Ranch Country Residents,

Just a reminder that the annual Ranch Country Garage Sale is this Saturday (4/21) from 8am to 2pm! If you have any extra items you want to sell, now’s the time to do it! The HOA will advertise the community garage sale in the local papers to help bring you potential customers! Open up your garage (or driveway) or team up with your neighbors to sell your items!

Community swimming lessons

Ranch Country Resident Parents, Trident Aquatics is offering swimming lessons held at the Ranch Country neighborhood pool. If you are interested in signing your child up, you may do so.
